Their biggest value in my opinion is how much they care-about me.
They made sure that I was calm and had as little to do as possible even
though this move was high stress due to a ceiling collapsing in my
previous apartment. I was incredibly unorganized and unprepared to
move.
They helped me load a storage unit, moved all of my furniture and
belongings in with great care and positive energy and did not make me
feel like a pain in the neck (which anyone else would’ve made clear. )
To boot, they were a better value than the rest, which is amazing.

I hired this company to finalize a move that was not finished by the previous company I hired... They were open 2 hours longer than the previous guys and other competitors, so I could reach them on one day at 5:10 pm, and Michael organized a crew of two people for the very next day, less than 24 hours anticipation. The movers were kind, hard working, friendly and effective. They came with a huge truck so we had no space limitation. They hurried when we needed, and slowed down when I needed to make sure we were not forgetting anything important. They were on the same boat with me, really making the effort to complete the job for me. The pricing was very reasonable, lower than others. It did take a bit longer than we had estimated previously, but not much longer, and actually that has happened to me with previous moves as well, and the job was done carefully so I have no complains.

Amazing moving company in Boston area. We had such a great moving
experience with this company a few days ago. It was our second local
move with movers in Cambridge and you can’t beat this company! I called
several moving companies before the move for estimates and Smart Penny
Moving offered the cheapest quote — our final bill stayed the same as
the estimate. Movers arrived on time and did great jobs with no
complaints. If I need to hire movers again, I’ll certainly be back to

This moving company is by far the best choice when it comes to moving.
We just moved long distance from Massachusetts to North Carolina, and
they were worth every penny. They were very affordable, professional,
and took very good care while handling our belongings. Another thing
that stood out for this company is the short time period between pick up
and drop off. They assembled and disassembled our furniture too, which
was included in their very low price. I did extensive research and
received many estimates-their price and services topped all of the
others. Their crew was fast and efficient, and very friendly. Cannot say
thank you enough for the great job they did! Will definitely be using

Smart Penny Movers was the best decision I made regarding moving my home
from one town to another. It was the best moving experience I ever had.
The pleasant and highly professional team of Tom, Romano and Ishmael
were efficient, careful and thoughtful regarding every aspect of the
move. They made a complicated move seem easy. Oleg, the estimator came
to my home twice to prepare the estimate which turned out to be the
exact final cost of the move. (All other top tier movers contacted asked
us to send a list of items for their estimates). I was never concerned
about any expect of the move from my first contact with the company and

These guys are how moving companies should be organized and function. Easy setup process (estimate over phone, that puts the onus on the customer to be accurate, in my case I was off. Plus Docusign process to confirm). On Moving day, the team called to let me know when they left their office, arrived on time and go to work immediately. No time wasted in 'discussing' or 'chatting'. The team lead constantly asked to ensure everything was being packed and unpacked in the right place. Also - he ensured to let me know when they were taking short 'breather' breaks. Overall, very impressed with the quality of service and will surely be using/recommending these guys.

We used Smart Penny for our move in June of this year, 2018. We were moving out of a house we lived in for 31 years, so we had a LOT of stuff. We also lived on the 2nd and 3rd flrs, which made moving a lot of our furniture difficult. Smart Penny sent 3 guys, they were AMAZING!!! Fast, friendly, courteous, professional. We could not have asked for a better moving company.They did the move in just under 3 hrs, i was shocked. We liked them so much that I referred them to a friend. Moving companies get a bad rap! We contacted Smart Penny Movers to discuss our local move. The rep came by our house to look at our furnishings and give us an estimate. He was very clear on the process, their flat hourly rate for local moves. Very transparent and upfront.

We were so hesitant to hire a moving company, as we have never used one before and have heard some horror stories. But, our house sold quickly and we needed to move into our temporary condo till we could find another house, so we desperately needed help and to move fast! The crew arrived on time, on the dot, and worked hard and efficiently. We were so impressed. They didn't even stop to take a water break! Especially since we got a snow storm on moving day, in April! The crew covered our floors with their own equipment and efficiently protected all of our furniture from the elements. They moved a 3 bedroom home into a tiny condo and broke down and set up all the furniture in about 4 hours, can't be that! The crew was so nice, helpful and courteous. We will definitely be using them again when we find our next house. I could not be happier with their service and I will absolutely be using them again. Best decision we could have ever made.
