• Declutter before we pack — Long-distance pricing is based on what’s moving. Less stuff means a more accurate quote and lower cost.
• Make a room-by-room inventory — Note anything fragile, high-value, or oversized. We’ll plan handling and packing around it.
• Confirm access at both ends — Parking, elevator reservations, building hours. We’ll ask the right questions, but knowing upfront saves time.
• Pack a personal essentials box last — Medications, documents, chargers, a change of clothes. Keep it with you, not on the truck.
